Standard 12-Month Limited Warranty
We provide a standard 12-month limited warranty on all our remote control products from the date of shipment from our factory, unless specified otherwise in the individual commercial contract.
1. Scope of Warranty
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Covered issues include but are not limited to:
- Software or hardware component failures resulting from structural or circuit design defects.
- Premature fading or peeling of screen printing or oil injection under normal usage guidelines.
- Unstable performance or functional button failure under normal operation.
2. Exclusions from Warranty
This warranty is strictly limited to defects occurring during appropriate and normal usage. It does not cover damages or failures caused by:
- Improper handling, accidents, physical drops, liquid intrusion, or exposure to extreme environments.
- Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or software flashing by the client or any third party.
- Using incompatible batteries or power sources that cause structural or internal component damage.
- Force majeure events such as earthquakes, fires, lightning, or public disturbances.
- Normal wear and tear that does not affect the actual performance or functionality of the remote control.
3. Warranty Claim and RMA Process
If you discover any functional non-conformity or defect within the warranty period, please follow our standard Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) procedure:
- Contact Our Team: Send an inquiry or email directly to your account manager or our service email ([email protected]) with proof of purchase (such as the Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract number).
- Provide Evidence: Please provide detailed descriptions, images, or brief video recordings showing the defective remote control units to assist our professional software and high-quality QA team in technical analysis.
- Technical Review: Our engineer team will diagnose the issue. Once confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will issue an RMA approval.
- Resolution Options: Depending on the specific situation and quantity, we will offer one of the following remedies:
- Provide spare replacement parts or units alongside your next commercial order.
- Deduct the cost of the confirmed defective items from your next purchase balance.
- Provide technical remote assistance or patch updates for software-related issues.
4. Customized Mold and Batch Discrepancy
As we specialize in custom-made products, pre-production samples are explicitly sent to customers for recognition and testing before mass production. Once the customer signs off on the golden sample, the factory guarantees the mass production output aligns with the approved sample. Minor aesthetic batch variances within reasonable industrial tolerances are not considered factory defects.
